Starting every Tuesday in July from 6:00 – 7:00pm
Tai Chi is for you if you need to take an hour out of your hectic life to allow time to relax, Tai Chi can also relieve stress and anxiety, increase and improve flexibility, and balance, and enhance your strength.
Lessons are £10 each.
