An event every week that begins at 13:30 on Friday, repeating until 29th April 2022
Weekly breath based hatha yoga classes open to any and all abilities. Fridays 1:45 to 2:45pm. A mix of balanced mix of postures to make you feel strong, and gentle enough to feel super relaxed in time for school pick up. A great way to roll into the weekend.
Classes will be £5 and drop in.
