The way I started out was being in a couple of different bands when I was young just as a singer\, then I found myself annoyed by the music that was being given to me to sing. \nso I soon took up playing guitar and this gave me the freedom to create and sing whatever I wanted. since then I have never put my guitar down. \nI soon started playing gig around the Kent area and met a production company called Mandem Productions these guys produce there own music and i have been involved in some of there tracks which you will find on my sound cloud. \nReally my heart lays on a acoustic guitar! I released my EP back in 2016 and been writing and gigging more again this year. \nStardumb \n \nA bit about me: I’m a 19 year old songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Kent\, I go by ‘stardumb’! I’ve been writing music properly for about 9+ years now. I’m inspired by artists like scruffpuppie\, searows and The Howl And The Hum. I play guitar\, bass\, piano\, drums and sing! We’ve got a half-time floor spot from the superb molly dancers Seven Champions. If you’ve never been to a ceilidh (or barn dance) before\, give it a go and you’ll be hooked! The live caller walks you through the dance and tells you what to do – so no skill needed\, and no partner required\, though feel free to bring one. \nAnd as it’s Jack-in-the-Green’s 50th birthday\, why not wear your best GOLD outfit? \nThe annual Jack-in-the-Green procession\, a revival of an old May custom\, celebrates its 50th consecutive year in 2025 and we have plans for our biggest and best event yet! Colourful characters including morris dancers and musicians lead Jack in all his greenery through the town to the castle\, with a herd of hooden horses guiding the way.
