Julie Schoon

Julie joined the board in March 2020 as acting Chair person and HR Trustee.

Diane Aslett

Diane is our funding and bid writing expert and is a valuable asset to the Board with her wealth of knowledge and experience in the charity sector and fundraising.

Nicki Leggatt

Nicki brings many skills to the role of Trustee, she currently oversees Health and Safety policy at the WUCC. She is also active in local singing and music groups.

David Fisher

David has worked with the Umbrella Centre since 2002, taking the role of Chair for several years. His forward-thinking approach has brought about great improvements and changes at the centre. David is our I.T specialist, helping to develop the I.T Suite and its programme of events.

Anna Fewings

Anna has lived locally since 1993. Initially working for a local shellfish company and then as an occupational therapist. Having taken early retirement she now helps run the Whitstable Sessions Music Club. She became a trustee in September 2019.
