Soundhouse Whitstable is a live music event series hosted at the Whitstable Umbrella Community Centre in Kent. Launched in early 2025, it aims to bring high-quality, grassroots music performances to the local community. The series is supported by Arts Council England’s Grass Roots Music Fund and features programming by Blake McCaskill of the City Sound Project, along with technical expertise from F1 Sound Company Ltd.
Each event showcases a diverse lineup of artists, ranging from soulful duos like Skye Duo to energetic brass ensembles such as No Limits Street Band. The performances typically run from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with tickets priced at £10 for adults and £5 for under-18s.
The initiative aims to foster a vibrant music scene in Whitstable, providing a platform for both emerging and established artists while engaging the local community through accessible live music experiences.
