Community Lifesavers Training: Restart a Heart Day

Community Lifesavers is a not-for-profit volunteer run community interest company with the sole purpose of training the public, being able to SAVE A LIFE following sudden cardiac arrest – turning BYSTANDERS INTO LIFESAVERS.
A series of short, 1 hour sessions will be running throughout Friday 17th October from 10am, including short presentations and demonstrations, training participants in essential lifesaving skills.
Including participants practising their learning on manikins:
- CPR
- Using a defibrillator
Please note that we are not offering First Aid training but training people in these essential lifesaving skills to be able to come forward in the event of an emergency.
Sessions are free to attend but donations are welcome on the day.
